I will start with wishing my gorgeous man a very happy birthday, along with one of my oldest friends. who is turning 30 today. It turns out I actually know 6 people born today, which is a lot for just one day!!!

I have been busy making cards for these special occasions. I seem to struggle a bit with boy cards these days, but managed this one for the man of the house!!

Using an old Savvy kit, and a few stash items, I put together a couple of vintage cards, which both seemed to fall into place and I am over the moon with the end result. The first one is for the 30th.


And the second one is for a 70th


I love making cards just to get the mojo flowing when I am struggling piecing together a scrapping page. If you really want to challenge yourself, take a sketch and turn it into a card. You might just surprise yourself with the results!!!
