'Love This'

I think every time I get the chance to blog at the moment, something gets in the way. I am also sure that I say this every time I start a blog post. So here I am putting it out there that I am going to try and make an effort to start keeping on top of it now.
About the only scrapping I am getting done at the moment is for Words or Whatever. I cant complain about this though as the monthly new release products are super fun to play around with.
This layout was pieced together rather quickly at a recent crop at my LSS. I love how simple it is yet looks so much more difficult.

Using light wood veneer 'Love This' title (WV114), chipboard Matilda Flourish (WOW2071) and 6x6 Pattern 2 AltaMATZ (ALTA196)
This page came so naturally and easy to me and all I did was put different elements down on the page. I think it is very safe to say that I have found my new favourite altaMATZ. How awesome does it look with a good spray of Dylusions mist.
The wood veneer title has been left raw as it really fitted with the warm colour tones of the page and the gold touches. Not to mention the gold lion in the photo.
The Matilda flourish has been sprayed gold to cover over the grey chipboard colour and tie it in with the warm tones and the gold mist spatters on the cardstock.
I really love this page and how it turned out. More than anything though I love how these 3 new release products worked so well together. To see more of the new release items throughout the month, keep checking back here and over at the Words or Whatever blog.
